Zucchini Bake

This is one of the easiest meals to make. I love to use zucchini but I don't do it enough.

Zucchini Bake

1 lb. ground turkey

2 large zucchini, halved lengthwise

3 c. spaghetti sauce

1 can corn

1 c. cheese

Heat oven to 350. Brown turkey. Place zucchini in baking dish. Top with turkey, sauce and corn. Cover with foil and bake 20-25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes.
